You are eligible for a full refund if: (1) you have not yet scanned the QR code or installed the eSIM profile on any device, and (2) you submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.
Once a QR code has been scanned and the eSIM profile installed on a device, the plan is considered activated and is non-refundable, regardless of how much data has been used. Plans that have expired due to the validity period ending are also non-refundable.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from activating or using your eSIM, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly. If we are unable to resolve it, a full refund will be issued.
