By purchasing an eSIM plan from GlobeConnect, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete a purchase.

GlobeConnect sells data-only eSIM plans. Plans are valid for the period and data allowance stated at the time of purchase. Plans expire when the data allowance is exhausted or the validity period ends, whichever occurs first. Expired plans cannot be extended or transferred.

QR codes are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 60 seconds of a successful payment. GlobeConnect is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

A full refund is available if the QR code has not been scanned or the eSIM profile installed, within 14 days of purchase. Once the eSIM has been activated, the plan is non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

GlobeConnect is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by local carriers. Our liability is limited to the value of the plan purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
